Please note:

A. There has been a small increase in our new IT programs due to extra teaching resources being acquired. Also the duration for Diploma and Advanced Diploma of IT has been shortened to accommodate government requirements. The implementations of new courses would positively affect the students in following ways:

  1. Kent Institute is setting up a new computer lab to support the new multimedia and web design courses.
  2. The new curriculum provides more flexibility for students and better meets their study and lifestyle needs. There is more lecture and tutorial support available to students.
  3. The new courses primarily focus on web design to meet the current market needs. There is less emphasis on programming.
  4. The new curriculum provides better pathways for students intending to proceed to university education.
